The use of plant-based products is an important issue for supplementing animal feed. AFCA-CIAL has chosen to draft a guide to good practices to meet the needs expressed by its members with regard to the use of plants and plant-based products in the animal nutrition sector, in an often-complex French and European regulatory context.

Guide to good hygiene practices

AFCA-CIAL has made feed safety one of its major commitments. Involved since its creation on this subject, it has contributed to drafting guides to good hygiene practices for the manufacturing of premixtures and mineral feed.

Within OQUALIM (Association for feed safety and the quality of animal nutrition), it has also collaborated on the drafting of the Guide to good practices in animal nutrition.
